1.  How do I contact you? Where are you based?

We created a network of artist that works directly with us from Asia.
Our network and experience allow us to bring you the highest quality
in the lowest price by cutting expenses to minimum.

2.  What if I can't find a particular oil painting I'm looking for?
If you like to have a oil painting that we do not show here, please send us a picture of it or tell us details of the oil painting.

3.  What materials you used? 
We only choose durable and quality canvas for the paintings. The canvas used is characterised by its high absorbing undercoats, which applies well and guarantees that the paintings last long time.
Each of our paintings is an individually painted unique art, painted with a great attention to the detail. The Replicas are painted with similar colors and tones as the original pictures.

4.  What about the shipping period?
By DHL or FedEx : will take 3 to 5 working days. By sea, it depends on the distance. Mostly it will take 15 to 30 days.

5.  When will I receive my order?
Once you place your order, we estimate that your order should ship in 3 – 4 weeks.  In some cases, depending on the complexity of your order.

6.  What is your Return Policy?
With our  oil paintings, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

* You can return or have it exchanged within 7 days * You will receive a refund for the purchase price. * We will only charge for the shipping cost.

7.  How can you afford to sell your paintings at these prices?
We are an art direct company. We do not purchase paintings from third source. All reproduction services are provided by our network of artists. We eliminate all middle layers and sell the paintings to the customers directly.

8.  Is the painting process in any way computer assisted?
No. Every painting is hand-painted. Our artists use only their eyes, hands and senses to paint each painting.

9.  Can I send you some family photos for your artists to paint?
Yes, it is our pleasure.

10.  Do you also provide Framing services?
Yes we do, We are flexible, we will give you an estimate of the cost.

11.  What aresizes of paintings ?
5"x7", 8"x10", 12"x16", 16"x20", 20"x24", 24"x36", 24"x48"
30"x40", 36"x48", 40"x60", or other available sizes you need. 

12. How can I get the pricelist?
Please send us an e-mail with the name of the painting that you are interested in.
